Selangor Youth Community also known as SAY Community is a non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organisation that aims to create a community of youth, for youth and by the youth themselves. Inspired by the Raja Muda of Selangor’s vision for his state to be a vibrant and dynamic youth community, SAY Community aspires to provide an avenue to connect Selangor youth to development opportunities.

Focus Area
Cycling Selangor is the main initiative under the Sports & Wellness focus area of SAY, acting to empower the cyclists of Selangor.
SCREAM is a movement with a vision to uncover, discover and develop creative professionals through community platforms within Selangor.
Entrepreneurship Selangor aims to identify gaps in the existing entrepreneurship ecosystem and connect entrepreneurs to new opportunities.
With community service being one of the focus, known as Community Selangor, we act as a hub to provide platform through several different key areas.
Our Programme
At SAY, we empower youth in Selangor at 5 key milestones, equipping them with skills, opportunities, and mentorship to succeed. Beyond personal growth, our programmes inspire them to drive positive change in their communities and society.
SAY LEAD
SAY LEAD is a transformative entrepreneurship league designed to empower differently-abled entrepreneurs in Selangor with the skills, resources, and networks needed to build sustainable businesses. This intensive six-month program combines expert coaching, hands-on learning, and strategic collaborations with key stakeholders, creating a dynamic support system for OKU entrepreneurs. By fostering innovation, resilience, and inclusive economic opportunities, SAY LEAD paves the way for long-term success and financial independence.
SAY ASPIRE
SAY ASPIRE is a business expansion program designed to empower export-ready companies with the strategies and resources needed to enter international markets. Through targeted business development and export strategies, the program aims to cultivate global champions while amplifying their social impact.
TEAM Programme
TEAM Programme is a dynamic and intensive nine-week journey designed to empower our beneficiaries with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in education, training, and employment. Through personalized support and hands-on experiences, we pave the way for their personal and professional growth.
Selangor Criterium Series
Selangor Criterium Series is a premier cycling race series dedicated to nurturing grassroots talent, strengthening local cycling teams, and uniting communities across Selangor. Designed as a dynamic platform for rider development, it empowers aspiring cyclists with the opportunity to compete, grow, and elevate their skills on a competitive stage.
Buka Pentas
Buka Pentas is a carnival arts program focused on live performances, exhibitions, workshops, and bazaars for the arts and creative industry. Buka Pentas also provides a platform for emerging artists to showcase their creative works. Buka Pentas brings the aspirations of young creatives in promoting local artisans in the Klang Valley.
Kita Bantu & Festivities
Kita Bantu is a community-driven initiative dedicated to spreading joy during festive seasons by providing essential support to those in need. Through financial assistance and in-kind contributions, we aim to foster a spirit of togetherness and ensure that everyone can celebrate with dignity and happiness.
Belia Juara
Belia Juara is a youth empowerment program that provides seed funding of up to RM4,000 for Malaysian projects and USD1,000 for ASEAN-level initiatives. Designed to support young individuals and youth-led movements, the program enables them to drive meaningful change within their local communities. By fostering initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), Belia Juara aims to create lasting social impact and inspire youth-driven innovation for a sustainable future.

Selangor Crown Prince Golf Charity Cup 2024
An inspiring day at the Selangor Crown Prince Golf Charity Cup 2024, held at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort! Organized by Selangor Youth Community (SAY) in collaboration with Selangor FC and Titijaya Land Berhad, the event successfully raised an impressive RM1.2 Million to support youth empowerment programs across Selangor.
Selangor Eco Run 2024
Officiated by His Highness Raja Muda Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah, and supported by YB Jamaliah Jamaluddin brought the community together to promote a healthier and greener lifestyle. Selangor Youth Community (SAY) proudly supported this event, encouraging youth participation and spreading the message of sustainability. Together, we’re building a brighter, eco-friendly future for Selangor!
OceanX Visit
Selangor Youth Community, led by His Highness Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj, Crown Prince of Selangor, and Tengku Zatashah, along with YB Nik Nazmi, Minister of NRES, H.E. Axel Cruau, Ambassador of France to Malaysia, and other esteemed guests, embarked on a transformative visit to OceanX—pioneers in marine exploration and conservation.
